I am a tenure-track assistant professor with the School of Science and Engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen). I received Ph.D. and M.A.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto in 2020 and 2013, respectively, and B.Eng. in Information Security and B.Sc. in Mathematics both from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2011. I currently serve as an Editor of IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, and am a TC member of SPCOM of the IEEE Signal Processing Society.
